The most effective United Way campaign in a company involves two elements:

  • Letting your fellow employees learn first hand the important services provided by community agencies supported by United Way.
  • Giving each employee the opportunity to participate through a payroll deduction
The first step can be achieved through organizing partner visits for as many of your fellow employees as possible. Experience shows that when people actually see United Way dollars helping people in need, there is an almost 100% guarantee they will agree to give.

Members of the United Way staff and our campaign volunteers will be glad to assist you in arranging agency tours in a way to make it the most convenient for the employees and your company. Just give the United Way office a call at 982-2251 and we will begin making the necessary arrangements.
