DESCRIPTION:This Training will be facilitated by Scott Payne\, Manager of Outreach and Support for Contact Care Line. Contact Care line runs the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline for our area. \nQPR (Question Persuade Refer) is a suicide intervention model in which participants learn warning signs of suicide crisis and how to respond using listening skills and knowledge of community resources. The training begins with a short discussion of suicide risks and a description of what is occurring when someone experiences suicide crisis. Goals of this training are to deepen our understanding of suicide crisis\, and to develop skills to offer support with confidence. \n  \nRegister Here \n
