***Instructions for directing your gift to your local United Way:
     1. Choose “Yes” under Restricted Contribution
     2. Choose “Other United Way” in the drop-down
     3. Type the name or city of your local United Way in the space provided (Example: Nashville, East TN Highlands, Greater Charlotte, etc.)
