Preparing for Homeownership with HomeSource east tennessee

Does homeownership feel out of reach? Do you have no idea where to start?

United Way of Blount County is partnering with HomeSource east tennessee to provide a discounted course to build your financial capabilities in preparation for homeownership.

For a one-time registration fee of only $25, you will attend four classes with a HUD Certified Housing Counselor.

You will learn about budgeting, credit, savings goal-setting, down payment assistance programs, and the fundamentals that pay off for years.

Whether you want to buy a home this year or five years from now, start building your stable financial foundation now. Your registration fee also covers dinner, a credit report, and a one-on-one individualized financial plan.
