  • Understand the key components of a winning grant application.
  • Create a draft of a winning application, obtaining support to improve your approach.
  • Set goals to execute a grant strategy for your organization.

Four, 2-hour sessions include:

June 10th-Session 1: Grant Fundamentals, the Basic Formula for Success
June 24th- Session 2: Building your Grant Framework & Grant Pipeline
July 8th- Session 3: Data, Budgets, Program Design & Evaluation
July 22nd- Session 4: Review of Your Grant Application and Goals

About the Facilitator: Margaret Dillon has 23 years of experience in nonprofit growth.
