The work of serving others is meaningful and often heavy. Over time, constant exposure to needs, challenges, and crises can lead to emotional fatigue and burnout. This lunch & learn focuses on helping participants recognize the weight of the work and develop practical strategies for staying healthy while continuing to serve others well.
Participants will learn how to identify signs of overload, set supportive boundaries, and use simple reset strategies that can be implemented during the workday. This session is designed for professionals and volunteers who want to sustain their energy, purpose, and impact over time.
