United Way of Blount County, in partnership with Omega Daughter, LLC, is proud to present a workshop to our partner agencies entitled:  “Acknowledging Bias: Helpful Guidance and Tools to Increase Our Understanding of Those We Serve.” The Honorable Stephanie M. Jones (Founder & CEO of Omega Daughter, LLC) will provide training, November 30, 2023 to educate us on acknowledging bias and how to mitigate our bias, what it means to be a servant-leader, and how we can increase our understanding of those we serve through our respective non-profits.
